EZAL Pudłowski sp.k. is a family-owned manufacturing company operating since 1994. We specialise in magnesium and cathodic protection solutions. Decades of magnesium-anode production have enabled us to build in-house know-how in melting, casting, machining and quality control of magnesium alloys.
Today we supply magnesium, titanium MMO, aluminium and zinc anodes, while also developing our offer of magnesium cast components manufactured to customer drawings. Production is carried out in Poland and combines foundry capabilities with machining, assembly and quality control within one organisation.
We work primarily with industrial and OEM customers. Our strengths include flexibility in launching new parts, practical experience with magnesium alloys and the ability to perform successive manufacturing operations in-house. We are developing applications for our capabilities in HVAC, energy, marine, infrastructure and selected dual-use sectors.
Our systematic approach to quality dates back to 2004, when we implemented a Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001. Magnesium-anode production is carried out in line with EN 12438:2017 requirements, while our marine manufacturing capabilities are aligned with DNV-RP-B401 requirements.
EZAL begins operations.
The family-owned company starts its activity in cathodic protection and gradually develops a specialisation in magnesium anodes and magnesium-alloy processing.
Quality management system introduced.
EZAL implements a Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001, establishing a structured foundation for further development of industrial production.
Expansion into magnesium components and new industrial applications.
Alongside cathodic-protection products, EZAL is developing magnesium cast components manufactured to customer documentation, targeting applications where low weight, repeatability and a European supply chain matter.
