In-house production
From casting to finished component
Permanent mould casting
Magnesium alloy castings produced in metal moulds to customer drawings and specifications. We cast a wide range of magnesium alloys – from standard AZ-series alloys to selected specialist alloys from the ZE, ZK, WE, EV, EZ and QE series.
Machining
Machining of surfaces, holes and mounting datums to meet the component’s requirements.
Finishing and assembly
Further operations are agreed individually to deliver a component ready for its intended application.
Quality control
The inspection scope is defined by the technical documentation and the project’s critical requirements.
